Manage and support Windows and macOS systems , including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.Handle site infrastructure tasks , such as network cabling, configuring and troubleshooting network switches, routers, and firewalls .Maintain and manage IT asset inventory , including tracking and updating hardware and software assets.Provide desktop support and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft solutions and services.Act as the first point of contact for end-user technical support , ensuring quick resolution of IT issues.Work collaboratively with global and local IT teams to ensure smooth IT operations at the site.Maintain documentation related to IT infrastructure, inventory, and support processes.Skills Required
