We are seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution of problems.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of computer systems and software applications.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations.
- Document all support interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall IT support processes and user experience.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on new technologies and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in IT support or a related field.Proficient in troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP / IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPNs.Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 administration.Familiarity with ITIL best practices and incident management processes.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with users and team members.Skills Required
