Job descriptionCroccle Internet LLP is a new age digital marketing company specializing in creating impactful strategies for businesses across Education, Healthcare, and Real Estate sectors. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Position : PPC / Sr. PPC Executive Location : Wakad, Pune (On-Site) Experience : 1 - 5 years Key Responsibilities : Develop, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid platforms. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and A / B testing strategies to maximize campaign performance. Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and ensure optimal ROI within allocated budgets. Analyze data using Google Analytics and platform dashboards to deliver actionable insights. Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams for integrated campaign execution. Stay updated with latest PPC trends, tools, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear recommendations for improvement. Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality. Provide mentorship and support to junior team members when required. What We're Looking For :
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing or any other relevant field.
2. Experience in running digital campaigns in Education, Healthcare, or Real Estate.
3. Strong analytical and communication skills.
4. A proactive approach to delivering measurable results.
