Key Responsibilities :
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the cosmetic, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical industries.Generate and manage leads under the guidance of senior team members.Support in presenting product portfolios to clients and understanding their requirements.Develop strong relationships with existing and new clients.2. Sales Coordination & Support
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-ups.Support seniors in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports.Maintain and update client databases and visit reports.3. Market & Product Understanding
Learn about cosmetic, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical raw materials (Essential oils, Actives, Excipients, etc.).Stay updated on Market Trends, Product Launches, and Competitor Activities.Participate in Exhibitions, Expos, and Marketing Events when required.4. Communication & Relationship Management
Communicate effectively with clients via email, calls, and meetings.Build trust and credibility with clients through consistent follow-ups and service.5. Learning & Development
Gain hands-on experience in B2B sales and marketing of raw materials.Receive Mentorship from the Business Development and Sales team to grow into a managerial role.Desired Skills :
Excellent communication and presentation skills.Interest in the Cosmetic, Nutraceutical, or Pharmaceutical Industry.Good analytical and negotiation ability.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Willingness to travel within India as required.Email to Apply : hr@orah.co.in
