Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning & Scheduling :
- Develop production plans and schedules based on customer orders, available inventory, and manufacturing capacity.
- Process Monitoring & Optimization :
- Continuously monitor production processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
- Cross-functional Coordination :
- Work closely with production managers, engineers, and quality teams to align processes with customer expectations and organizational goals.
- Production Data Management :
- Maintain accurate production records, analyze performance data, and generate reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Quality Control :
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure products meet or exceed defined standards.
- Vendor & Material Coordination :
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
- Technical Support :
- Provide guidance and support to shop-floor personnel, assisting in resolving operational issues to ensure smooth production flow.
- Project Management :
- Apply project management skills to handle timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
