What You’ll Do (a.K.A. your daily dose of adrenaline)

  • Turn leads into conversations, conversations into prospects, and prospects into paying clients.
  • Be the human version of a CRM - follow up, follow through, and never fall off the radar.
  • Build instant connections - you can get a stranger to trust you before their chai cools down.
  • Drive vendor and client onboarding with energy, ownership, and a smile that sells.
  • Track your numbers, crush your goals, and celebrate your wins (we do that a lot here).
  • Work hand-in-hand with operations and product teams to make sure promises turn into delivery.

  • A natural talker who doesn’t do awkward silences.
  • Relentless - “no” is just your cue to get creative.
  • Persuasive, confident, and curious - you can read people faster than Google does.
  • Love the buzz of a fast-moving environment and the thrill of closing deals.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English + at least two regional languages (Kannada, Hindi, or Tamil preferred).
  • Two-wheeler with valid license (because growth doesn’t wait for cabs).
