Associate- Growth Marketing (SDR / BDR)- Job Overview Location : Bengaluru | Full-Time | On-site | US Shift (5 : 00 PM – 2 : 00 AM IST) We're growing fast and looking for Growth Marketing Associates (SDR / BDR) to join our team in Bengaluru. If you're excited about SaaS, AI, outbound sales and want to work on campaigns that actually move the needle this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn, to engage healthcare prospects in the U.S.
  • Own the lead funnel from research and qualification to booking meetings and passing warm leads to sales.
  • Build and execute targeted email campaigns that get replies, not just opens.
  • Leverage LinkedIn to build connections, nurture relationships, and drive outreach.
  • Track performance and report on key outbound KPIs to optimize pipeline growth.
  • Keep CRM data organized and actionable clean, complete, and always up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, and product to refine messaging and targeting.
  • Stay sharp by keeping up with trends, tools, and new strategies in growth marketing and outbound sales.

Required qualifications :

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing — ideally in B2B SaaS or healthtech
  • A strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and eager to hustle smart
  • Comfortable working the US shift (5 : 00 PM – 2 : 00 AM IST) from our Koramangala office
  • Bonus points if you're familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar tools. Why Join Us?
