Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced CRM Consultant with strong expertise in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementation and CRM systems like Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or ServiceNow.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, configuring, and supporting CRM solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure Product Catalog, SKUs, bundling, product relationships, and pricing / business rules.
• Work on CPQ project implementation and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Create user stories, design documents, and functional documentation (FDD).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document CRM requirements.
• Perform data analysis to identify customer behavior and trends.
• Provide training and support to CRM users across departments.
