Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Business Analyst with 10+ years of expertise in business analysis, process management, and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work in Agile environments and bridge the gap between business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage business analysis activities across multiple projects.
• Understand and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Develop process notations using UML diagrams / BPMN to represent system and business processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of APIs and databases.
• Drive organizational rollout of solutions and manage stakeholder communication effectively.
• Prepare detailed documentation with an Agile mindset to support development and testing teams.
• Perform data analysis using SQL to support business decisions.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
