ZYWAVE - Technical Business Analyst

Zywave is expanding its Global Capability Center (GCC) in India and were looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a core technical, customer-facing role, bridging business needs with innovative technology solutions.

Location : Pune, India.

Work Mode : Hybrid.

Shift : CST Time Zone (7 : 00 PM 4 : 00 AM IST).

What Youll Do :

• Act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive integration discussions across Salesforce, ERP, Gainsight, APIs, and more.
• Collaborate with US-based teams, working directly with Product Owners, Architects, and Were Looking For :
• 3-6 years experience as a Technical Business Analyst in IT, SaaS, or Product organizations.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, SQL / Databases, Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure), ERP, and Salesforce.
• Excellent communication skills with proven customer-facing experience.
• Ability to work CST time zone and manage multiple global priorities.
