Job description

This role will report into Regional Director (West & South).

Target Achievement

1. Support the Regional Head in meeting regional sales targets by identifying new business opportunities.

2. Engage with institutions to present proposals negotiate contracts and close deals.

Institutional Engagement

relationships with educational institutions ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term collaboration.

market intelligence and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Field Operations

with field support staff to collect actionable insights for negotiations and reporting.

extended periods in the field to strengthen institutional networks.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

  • Individual sales targets.
  • Client acquisition and retention metrics.
  • Contribution to overall regional goals.
