Job Summary
The Sales Manager at Kbros Aristo Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the dealer network, and strengthening the Aristo brand presence within the assigned region. This role demands a dynamic candidate with strong business acumen, capable of managing relationships with dealers, designers, architects, and builders.
The Sales Manager will oversee end-to-end sales operations — from lead generation and project acquisition to revenue achievement and customer satisfaction — with a strong focus on customer growth and success. This includes understanding client needs, ensuring exceptional service, fostering long-term relationships, and creating value-driven solutions that enhance customer loyalty and drive repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development : Identify and onboard new dealers, interior designers, architects, and channel partners to expand the Aristo network in the region.
Revenue Growth : Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning, pipeline management, and market coverage.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, influencers, and project stakeholders to ensure repeat and referral business.
Customer Success Initiatives : Monitor client feedback, address concerns proactively, and implement solutions that ensure a positive customer experience and long-term engagement.
Project Sales : Work closely with builders, developers, and design studios to promote Aristo products for large-scale residential and commercial projects.
Brand Representation : Uphold Aristo’s premium brand image through professional conduct, high product knowledge, and consistent market engagement.
Market Intelligence : Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and emerging trends to provide feedback to management for strategic decision-making.
Cross-functional Coordination : Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in interior products / building materials / modular furniture / hardware industry.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing dealer or project-based sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent team management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Requirements
Requirements 1.Ensure smooth operation during shift 2.Handling shifts workers efficiently and working in rotational shifts 3.Lead and motivate the shift team to meet production targets 4.Uphold and improve product quality standards during the shift 5.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment 6.Minimize downtime due to technical issues. 7.Achieve the production targets set for the shift. 8.Enhance the skills and knowledge of the shift team. 9.Conduct training session for the team 10.Working on optimization of the production processes on a time-to-time basis and make sure that 5S to be followed at shop floor 11.Ensure proper maintenance and care of equipment during the shift 12.Reduce the number of safety incidents by taking preventive measures. 13.Ensure 100% accuracy in Dispatch Materials and maintain accurate documentation for each Dispatch. 14.Address any shortfalls in production to senior and coordinate with store. 15.Provide accurate and timely production reports to management. 16.Generate and analyze production report on daily basis. 17.Giving training to the production teams on a weekly basis and submitting the report on a monthly basis. 18.Site Visits and Inspections for the rectification and find the root cause of the problem which arisen from production 19.Involving in the production activities in person and incorporating the physical appearance in the process in order to rectify the concerns addressed by the reporting managers. 20.Monitoring and submitting day wise, weekly and monthly production report and taking stock count of WIP, FG, BIN and Scrap and submit it to reporting managers on time to time basis. 21.Adhering to the KRA & KPI and accepting the time to time basis upgrades and tasks as assigned by the reporting managers.
