The ideal candidate will excel at sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates , efficiently coordinating interviews , and working closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs and deliver exceptional recruitment support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for various hospitality roles , from job requisition to offer and onboarding support.
• Candidate Sourcing & Selection : Execute effective sourcing strategies , thoroughly screening and shortlisting candidates to identify the best fit for each position.
• Interview Coordination : Efficiently coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
• Hiring Needs Alignment : Work closely with internal teams to gain a deep understanding of their specific hiring needs , ensuring accurate candidate matching and proactive talent pipeline building.
• Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
