Operations Manager (UHNWI Residences)

Location : Pune | Full-time

Experience : 10-12 years in Luxury Hospitality / Private Estates / UHNWI setups

About the Role :

We are looking to engage an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple high-end private residences within a UHNWI setup. The role will ensure guest-ready standards, seamless service, and smooth coordination across all operational areas.

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Oversight : Daily readiness checks, service coordination, and movement planning across multiple properties.
F&B; Management : Supervise pantry and private kitchen operations, ensuring menu execution and service align with high standards.
People & Rosters : Manage staff schedules, attendance, and training to maintain consistent service quality while controlling overtime.
Inventory & Asset Management : Oversee alcohol, pantry, linens, and other high-value inventory with strict controls and reconciliations.
Vendor & Logistics Management : Liaise with vendors and coordinate secure goods movement between residences and warehouses.
Maintenance Coordination : Work with engineering teams to resolve issues promptly with Reporting & Documentation : Submit weekly dashboards and maintain audit-ready operational

records with utmost confidentiality.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

10-12 years of experience in luxury hospitality, private estates, or UHNWI environments.

Proven expertise in F&B; operations, inventory controls, and multi-team coordination.

Strong ability to manage complex operations with discretion, precision, and professionalism.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
