About the Role :

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive

Tele Callers

to join our admissions team for the upcoming academic year. The ideal candidates will handle admission-related enquiries, follow up with prospective parents, assist in admission conversions, and maintain accurate call records.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle admission-related enquiries from prospective parents.

Follow up regularly to ensure timely admission conversions.

Maintain detailed records of calls and interactions.

Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve targets.

Provide excellent customer service and represent the organization professionally.

Qualifications & Skills :

Graduate with strong communication skills.

Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in a similar role (freshers can also apply).

Good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Team player with a proactive attitude.
