Job Description
- Lead planning, execution, and optimisation of paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), DV360, programmatic platforms, and emerging digital channels.
- Manage monthly digital marketing budgets , ensuring spend efficiency and maximising return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Develop and test creative strategies alongside internal and external teams to drive user acquisition at scale.
- Run A / B and multivariate experiments on ads, landing pages, and funnels to constantly optimise performance metrics like CAC, CPL, LTV, and ROAS.
- Leverage marketing analytics tools like GA4, Meta Business Suite, Appsflyer, and internal dashboards to uncover actionable insights and drive data-led optimisations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Content, and Brand teams to build high-performing user funnels and enhance marketing impact.
- Identify new growth opportunities across emerging platforms, alternative channels, partnerships, and innovative acquisition tactics.
- Continuously track and report campaign performance , user quality metrics, and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and ecosystem changes to proactively refine acquisition strategies.
The Successful Applicant
- 6-10 years of deep performance marketing experience at high-growth consumer tech, gaming, fin-tech, or e-commerce companies (experience in gaming is highly preferred).
- Strong track record of managing and scaling large marketing budgets in India-focused campaigns.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Instagram, and programmatic buying platforms.
- Highly data-driven , with proficiency in tools like GA4, Appsflyer, Branch, Meta Business Suite, and other attribution / analytics platforms.
- Proven ability to optimise acquisition funnels for cost efficiency, user quality, and retention.
- Tier 1 college preferred
- Strong business acumen with ownership mindset someone who is resourceful, analytical, and execution-oriented.
