Role Overview :

Were looking for a well-rounded Performance Marketing & Growth Manager to lead BytePes digital presence and customer growth engine. This is a high-impact role that blends performance marketing, SEO, social media, lifecycle marketing, and product-led growth strategies.

Youll be responsible for managing the full customer funnel from awareness to acquisition to retention and scaling growth across channels in collaboration with content, design, tech, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities Strategy & Funnel Ownership

• Own BytePes digital growth funnel end-to-end
• Design integrated marketing strategies across performance, SEO, social, CRM, and partnerships
• Run experiments to optimize CAC, LTV, activation rates, and referral loops
