- Lead full-funnel media strategies with clear focus on performance, scale, and ROI
- Own and grow key client relationships , aligning media plans with business goals
- Oversee planning, execution, and reporting for multi-industry campaigns
- Mentor mid-level team members and raise the bar on delivery and thinking
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, and data teams for seamless campaign execution
- Explore new platform opportunities , lead A / B testing frameworks, and embrace automation
- Present media insights and campaign performance in a way that sparks client confidence and action
- Contribute to Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) and long-term brand growth discussions
What You’ll Bring
5–7 years of experience in media planning / performance marketing (digital-first agency preferred)Hands-on experience building and executing Annual Operating Plans (AOPs)Expertise in Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, DV360 and tools like GA4, Search Ads 360Comfort with GenAI tools for planning, forecasting, and creative media solutionsProven success in managing campaigns, leading teams, and scaling performance outcomesSharp strategic thinking and confident presentation skillsStrong team leadership, collaboration, and cross-functional communication abilities
