Executive Assistant - Business Unit Head

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with a strong background in marketing to support our Business Unit Head. This is a hybrid role that combines executive-level administrative responsibilities with active involvement in marketing initiatives, content creation, and strategic communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, and social media management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand initiatives, email campaigns, and digital strategies.
• Help track marketing metrics, campaign performance, and conduct competitor analysis.
• Contribute to the preparation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and case studies.
• Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments.
• Prepare and organize briefing materials, presentations, and reports for meetings.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the executive.
• Coordinate logistics for board meetings, internal reviews, and external stakeholder engagements.
