One of our early-stage Fintech portfolio companies is growing rapidly, and they are looking for a Head of Operations & Delivery to build, scale, and lead a robust, high-performance service delivery function from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute the blueprint for a cost-effective, high-performance delivery function
- Development of a scalable hub-and-spoke operational model across India
- Build and manage a low-cost, high-performance delivery team that can scale rapidly
- Take full ownership of defining the appropriate business model and operating procedures
- Lead the growth of the team, managing and mentoring a 150+ member operations team across 15+ cities by the end of the next financial year
- Champion a tech and data-led approach to operations, leveraging AI and automation
- Establish strict controls and audit mechanisms to ensure process integrity and service quality
- Act as the local face of the company, building and managing critical working relationships with banking and financial partners at the local and regional levels
Qualifications & Experience
8+ years of experience in Operations Management, Service Delivery, or Field OperationsPrior experience doing this in a Fintech environment would be a huge advantageProven track record of building and managing scaled operations teams across multiple citiesDeep expertise in process design and optimizationDemonstrated ability to be results-driven and aggressive in achieving targetsExceptional leadership and communication skills,Must be comfortable taking ownership of P&L and efficiency KPIs for the entire delivery functionPlease apply to this role directly on LinkedIn.
