Responsibilities
- Present sales, revenue, and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging Business development opportunities while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s share at key accounts.
- Coordinating with Projects, Application and Support teams to discuss and solve customer’s challenges.
- Multi-level engagements and building brand value and rapport amongst key stakeholders at customers.
- Conducting brand promotion activities / seminars / product training at the customers.
- Involvement during major trials, troubleshoot activities and documentation with CVF.
- Negotiating with direct customers or channel partners for orders.
- Coordinating with external and internal teams regarding issues like payments / order booking.
- Customer Mapping, Profile card, implementing business contracts as per customer’s terms and conditions.
