Job description

We are looking for a results-driven HVAC Sales and Estimation Executive to support our sales team by preparing accurate project estimates and proposals. You’ll play a key role in securing new projects through technical expertise, client engagement, and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze drawings and specifications to prepare  technical and commercial proposals  for HVAC / MEP projects.
  • Perform  estimation of equipment, and labor costs  based on project requirements and provide technical consultations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for project handovers and execution.
  • Ensure proposals meet client requirements, technical standards, and company policies.
  • Track and follow up on submitted bids and sales opportunities.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in estimation and / or sales preferably in HVAC or MEP.
  • Strong knowledge of  mechanical systems, HVAC equipment, and technical terms .
  • Good communication, documentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Knowledge of  ASHRAE / IS standards .
  • Familiarity with costing and procurement processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
