Description

We are seeking an Inside Sales Lead Generation professional to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to support our sales initiatives. This role is crucial in building a robust pipeline of prospects and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential leads through various channels including social media, online databases, and networking events.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings to promote products and services.
  • Qualify leads based on their needs and budget to ensure they align with the company's offerings.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with relevant lead information and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics and performance to optimize efforts.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Experience in lead generation or telemarketing is a plus, but not mandatory.
