- Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls or chats in a professional and timely manner.

- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Follow communication scripts , guidelines, and procedures to ensure a consistent standard of service.
- Meet performance benchmarks for quality, productivity, and accuracy.
Work Schedule & Perks
Salary Package : Up to ₹6.5 LPA , with an in-hand salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹49,000 , plus attractive performance-based incentives.Schedule : Enjoy a 5-day working schedule with 2 rotational offs .Shifts : Work in rotational shifts for the UK and US processes .Transport : A complimentary both-way cab facility is provided for your convenience.Requirements
