Key Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer support to international clients through a chat-based platform.
- Accurately and efficiently resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear, concise, and professional written communication.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly and accurately.
- Adhere to process guidelines and service level agreements.
About You :
You have a minimum of 6 months of experience in an International Semi-voice or Chat Process .You possess good communication skills , with strong written English.You are customer-centric, patient, and detail-oriented.You are capable of managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously and working in a fast-paced environment.Skills Required
