Job Role & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via both voice and blended channels (email / chat) with professionalism.
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction .
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies accurately.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on customer concerns to provide a seamless experience.
- Deliver excellent service in line with international quality standards.
- Update customer interaction logs accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.Willingness to work in rotational shifts .Ready to work in a fast-paced environment .Minimum qualification is Undergraduate / Graduate .Prior BPO / customer service experience is preferred for experienced roles.Freshers with good communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.Perks & Benefits
