Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced HR Compliance & Payroll Executive capable of managing PF / ESI compliance, labour license documentation, payroll coordination, and plant HR communication across multiple states.
The candidate should be efficient in PF / ESI portals, Tally, Power BI, Kronos, and Advanced Excel, and able to handle all plant HR mail responses and compliance submissions independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely PF & ESI payment, and file monthly & annual returns.
- Maintain all statutory registers (A, B, C, D, wage register, muster roll, bonus, leave, etc.) as per Labour Act.
- Handle joining, exit & KYC of all skilled / unskilled employees in PF / ESI portals.
- Manage plant-wise compliance across all states (Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Telangana, etc.).
- Apply for, renew, and maintain Labour Licenses under CLRA for each site.
- Ensure wage disbursement within 7 days and PF / ESI challans by 15th every month as per plant norms.
- Maintain daily & monthly compliance registers and reports for submission to plant HR.
- Prepare MIS reports & compliance dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
- Coordinate with Accounts (Tally) for ledger entries, statutory booking, and reconciliation.
- Respond promptly to plant HR emails and compliance audits.
- Ensure 100% documentation and compliance readiness for inspections.
⚙️ Technical Knowledge Required
1️⃣ PF / ESI Portal :
Expertise in EPFO & ESIC portals for registration, exit, KYC, challan creation, and return filing.2️⃣ Kronos Attendance System :
Manage attendance, shift correction, and payroll input through Kronos.3️⃣ Tally ERP :
Manage ledger entries, salary posting, PF / ESI booking, and payment reconciliation.4️⃣ Advanced Excel (Mandatory) :
Proficiency in :VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP / XLOOKUPPivot Tables & ChartsIF / AND / OR formulasConditional Formatting & Data ValidationMIS automation, mail merge, data cleanup & reconciliation5️⃣ Power BI (Preferred) :
Prepare visual dashboards for site-wise compliance, manpower deployment, and payroll analysis.Generate monthly reports for management review.Qualification
Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / Labour Law / Commerce / Industrial RelationsDiploma / Certification in Labour Law / Compliance / Data Analytics preferredExperience
5–10 years in statutory compliance, payroll, and HR coordination under manpower / service contracts.Must have handled multi-state industrial compliance independently.⚡ Other Details
