As a Total Rewards Specialist you will develop and implement SOTIs total rewards framework.

You will work with people in all levels of the organization and support the wider Human Resources team.

In addition, you will perform detailed analysis on all areas of compensation, enabling you to make recommendations on budgeting, compensation policy and more.

Responsibilities :

Compensation Strategy & Program Development :

• Support the design and implementation of job architecture and global compensation structures through best practices research and analysis.
• Contribute to the annual compensation review process, ensuring salary administration aligns with benchmarking insights.
• Maintain and enhance pay range documentation to support compensation program integrity.
• Develop compensation models, generate ad-hoc reports, and provide analytical insights for compensation-related initiatives.
