Job Description :

  • We are seeking a motivated and experienced B2B Sales Manager with a minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong network and established connections within industries, dealers, EPC contractors, and consultants.
  • Experience in electrical products is essential, with a preference for candidates familiar with cables.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers, including industries, dealers, EPC contractors, and consultants.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide technical sales support for electrical products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in electrical products.
  • Strong network and existing relationships with industries, dealers, EPC contractors, and consultants.
  • Prior experience with electrical products, preferably cables.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Result-oriented with strong negotiation and presentation skills
