About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic and empathetic professional who can connect with students and parents, handle queries with clarity, and convert leads into happy, enrolled learners.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming queries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails — ensuring prompt and polite responses.
- Convert warm leads into confirmed enrollments through consultative selling.
- Follow up with interested students and help them make informed course decisions.
- Maintain detailed CRM records of leads, calls, and conversations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to share student insights and feedback.
- Resolve post-purchase queries and maintain high student satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed daily / weekly conversion targets.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken & written).Prior experience in EdTech / Sales / Customer Support preferred.Ability to manage time, multitask, and handle pressure in a fast-growing team.Passion for education and helping students succeed.Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / CRM tools.What You’ll Get
