Key Responsibilities :

• Handle client inquiries through walk-ins, calls, and online leads.
• Understand clients’ health goals and suggest suitable metabolic programs.
• Explain the benefits, process, and pricing of treatments effectively.
• Convert consultations into sales through personalized counseling.
• Maintain client data, follow-ups, and update CRM records regularly.
• Coordinate with the dietician and operations team for seamless onboarding.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through trust and service.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities when required.
