We are now looking for a dynamic and visionary Admission Manager / Director to Create & lead our admissions team and play a key role in shaping the future of our student community.

Key Responsibilities :

• Counsel and guide students and parents regarding university programs, eligibility, career prospects, and admission procedures.
• Achieve monthly and annual admission targets as assigned by management.
• Handle inquiries via calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
• Follow up regularly with prospective students and maintain CRM records or Google Sheets for reporting.
• Participate in outreach activities such as education fairs, school visits, seminars, and telecalling campaigns.
• Coordinate with the marketing and digital teams for lead generation and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain proper documentation of student inquiries, applications, and admissions.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Admission Head.
• Provide post-admission support and ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students.

Who We're Looking For

✅ Minimum 3+ years of experience in education admissions (preferably at the university level).

✅ Proven track record in driving successful student enrollment campaigns.

✅ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

✅ Experience in both online and offline admission processes.

✅ Ability to work with CRM systems and digital marketing teams.

✅ A passion for education and student engagement.
