Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP solutions, specifically within the HR and Payroll modules.

Work extensively with ABAP technologies including :

Enhancement Framework

BADIs

Interactive Reporting

Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs)

Create and manage global classes and methods as per client requirements.

Develop custom reports, interfaces, and handle enhancement projects.

Utilize SAP HANA and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) for modern SAP development.

Perform debugging and root cause analysis to resolve complex technical issues.

Write and validate technical specifications and provide effort estimations.

Ensure high-quality technical documentation and knowledge sharing with the team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Provide support during testing and deployment phases and help resolve issues post Skills & Qualifications :

6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong focus on HR and Payroll.

Strong expertise in :

Enhancement Framework, BADIs

Object-Oriented ABAP

Interactive Reporting

Interface Programming

Solid understanding of SAP HANA and SAP BTP frameworks.

Experience in creating and working with global classes and reusable components.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage critical and complex issues independently.

Proven ability to write, validate, and review technical specifications.

Excellent logical and analytical thinking.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to Have :

Exposure to SAP Fiori / UI5.

Experience in working within Agile development environments.
