About the Role :
We're looking for a highly skilled Sr. Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll (Saudi) Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly within the Middle East / Saudi payroll landscape. You'll play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and supporting our Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring they meet the unique needs of our clients in Saudi Arabia. This is a hands-on position that requires a blend of technical and functional knowledge, with a strong emphasis on Oracle Payroll (Saudi) and Fast Formula. You'll be part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to delivering scalable, real-time HR solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the implementation and configuration of the Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll module for Saudi Arabian clients, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Design, develop, and test complex Fast Formulas for payroll, absence management, and other business processes.
- Provide expert functional and technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
- Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and optimize system performance.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Stay updated on the latest Oracle Fusion HCM updates and features to provide innovative solutions and best 5+ years of hands on experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant.
- Must have extensive, proven experience with Oracle Payroll (Saudi), including an in-depth understanding of Saudi payroll rules, social insurance (GOSI), and end-of-service (EOS) calculations.
- Strong expertise in building and debugging Fast Formulas is essential.
- Solid knowledge of other Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, and Talent Modules.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA (HR) is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
Additional Details :
Location : Hyderabad, India (Work from Office) or Onsite (KSA).
