We are looking for a B2B Enterprise Marketing Manager who can turn our market momentum into consistent inbound interest and brand authority across retail and logistics leaders in the U.S.
You will work directly with the founder to lead content, ABM, events, and demand generation, owning campaigns that convert Fortune 500 retail and brand prospects into conversations.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end enterprise marketing including campaigns, content, LinkedIn, events, PR, and email sequences.
- Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) plays targeting VP and Director-level prospects across retail, brands, and 3PLs.
- Plan and run campaigns around key industry shows such as RLA, NRF REV, and ASD Market Week, including pre- and post-event outreach.
- Build and manage our thought leadership presence including white papers, case studies, and The Circular Leaders Podcast promotions.
- Partner with Sales to build a repeatable lead to meeting to pipeline motion using tools like Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Track and report campaign ROI, lead quality, and engagement metrics.
What You’ll Bring
3–6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, supply chain, or reCommerce.Experience running ABM or enterprise campaigns targeting U.S. clients.Strong writing and storytelling skills that turn complex logistics ideas into clear, actionable copy.Comfort working directly with founders, wearing multiple hats, and moving fast with limited resources.Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Apollo, Notion, Canva, Figma, or Webflow.Bonus : familiarity with reverse logistics, circular commerce, or enterprise SaaS GTM.Why Join Us
