Qualification : Chartered Accountant

Preferred Skills :

Procurement & vendor negotiations

Plant strategy

Financial planning & budgeting

Accounting, GST & costing

Knowledge of land revenue matters & large-scale negotiations

Technology & digital ability to work in SAP environment while being hands on in MS Office

Negotiations for procurement while dealing with PSU organisations and govt. offices

Good with statutory compliances and a strong influencer

Key Responsibilities :

Expertise in :

working in a large manufacturing set up with the ability to handle high volume purchases, inter-unit accounting, handling liaison matters for GST

Strategic, Financial & Operational Planning :

strategy & planning, cost optimization, planning & budgeting, financial & working capital management.

Governance, Compliance & Systems :

audit & legal compliance, compliance, system improvement & SHE (Safety, Health & Environment)

People, Process & Resource Management :

materials management, people management & development,
