Critical Needs :
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in CRM with minimum 2 years in Salesforce delivery / implementation experience
- Knowledge on Salesforce application implementation including, gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, the development Salesforce objects, Visual Force pages, Apex Classes, Triggers etc.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration approach
- Knowledge and experience with both waterfall and agile project methodologies
- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning concepts
- Possesses the individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables and are of the highest calibre and ensure client satisfaction
Key Responsibilities :
Preparation of proposal response during RFP / RFI SubmissionSolution fitment for field service lightning (FSL) cloud / service cloud, ServiceMaxAbility to function independently and manage stakeholder expectations including Account heads, Practice leadership team.Responsible for creating estimation, pricing, resource loading and getting finance approval before submission.Involve in Presales assets, Case studies and Reference building activitiesPerform capability presentation and demo of latest Salesforce features in compliance with customer requirementsGovernance of response, estimation and pricing contentPersonal attributes should include :
