Priority Requirement - Salesforce Architect

Locations : Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Mohali, Pune

Shift : Noon

We are hiring a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead transition from Salesforce Classic to Lightning.

Why this role matters :

This position will drive scalable, user-friendly solutions leveraging native Salesforce capabilities, reducing custom technical debt, and enabling a seamless associate experience across resident services and call centers.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the end-to-end migration strategy from Classic to Lightning.
Redesign data models (standardize Leads / Opportunities where applicable).
Configure Lightning features : Dynamic Forms, Flows, Omni-Channel, Lightning Pages.
Recommend and implement AppExchange solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver incremental releases.
Ensure compliance with security, profiles, and permission sets.
Act as a trusted advisor for Salesforce roadmap planning.

Qualifications :

6+ years Salesforce experience (3+ years in Lightning).

Strong expertise in Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, case management & digital engagement.

Hands-on Classic-to-Lightning migration experience.

Deep understanding of low-code / no-code tools (Flows, Dynamic Actions).

Salesforce Certified Application / Solution Architect (preferred).

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
