- The International Voice_ Big 4 Client role involves managing communications with our global clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. The candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, facilitating meetings, and collaborating with various teams to meet client expectations.
Responsibilities
Manage international client communications effectively via voice calls and video conferencing.Assist in the resolution of client queries and issues promptly and professionally.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client requirements are met.Support the preparation of reports and documentation for clients.Participate in client meetings and provide insights based on client interactions.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.Understanding of international business protocols and cultural sensitivities.Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and propose solutions.Skills Required
