Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Delhi, India. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. The Recruiter must have experience in using job portals like linkedin, naukri etc and should have the skills to think out of the box to hire the right talent.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
• Must have 2-4 yrs of experience as a recruiter.
• Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
