Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-end recruitment for US-based product company roles (tech & non-tech)
- Source and close candidates using Dice, Monster (US), Naukri, LinkedIn and ATS platforms
- Drive candidate engagement, interview coordination, and offer management
- Maintain candidate pipelines and accurate records on recruitment systems
- Collaborate on client mandates, process improvements, and market research
Who We're Looking For :
0–2 years’ experience in hands-on recruitment, with a proven track record of closing roles for product-based companies (US or Indian preferred)Previous use of US job portals (Dice, Monster preferred) and Indian platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn) is requiredDriven professionals with strong communication and sourcing skillsAbility to multitask, maintain high attention to detail, and adapt to new platformsDesire to work with international clients and grow in global recruitmentWhat You’ll Gain :
