Chief Executive Officer - Mobility / Fleet Management / Transportation Operations

Role Overview :

The CEO will be responsible for driving the company's strategic vision, operational efficiency, and profitability across the mobility and fleet management business. This role demands a visionary leader with deep operational expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to scale a dynamic, asset-heavy business model sustainably. This role reports to the Group MD and will have a team of senior direct reports.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership : Define and execute the company's growth strategy within the mobility and fleet management sector.
• Operational Excellence : Oversee daily operations including fleet utilization, maintenance, and optimization to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime.
• P&L Management : Own the company's financial performance, driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Business Expansion : Identify and establish partnerships with ride-hailing platforms, logistics providers, and corporate clients to expand the mobility network.
• Fleet & Asset Management : Lead strategies for vehicle acquisition, financing, leasing, and lifecycle management.
• Technology Enablement : Champion digital transformation and data-driven decision-making to enhance fleet monitoring, maintenance scheduling, and driver performance.
• Regulatory & Compliance : Ensure adherence to all transportation, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Team Leadership : Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team across operations, finance, technology, and customer experience.
• Stakeholder Management : Engage with investors, board members, and strategic partners to align business direction and performance goals.
