Must Have
Automotive Industry experience, 2 Wheeler market in India-(Internal Combustion Engine), 2 Wheeler EV Industry in 2 Wheeler sales, Operations, P&L Management, RnD and hands on experience in identifying or engaging with investors for organizational funding.
Job Overview

The CEO will be responsible for developing and executing the company's strategic vision, securing the necessary funding and investments, overseeing all aspects of operations and overall vision.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Vision :
- Develop and implement the group's long-term growth strategy in alignment with Board directives, Fund raising and Investments, Brand & Market trends, Sales & Business Development, Operations and Product Development objectives.
- Lead the brand vision, mission, and values, ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization and enhancing brand equity.
- Lead the business in all aspects, including product development, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and financial performance, while adhering to regulatory guidelines and environmental sustainability goals.
- Oversee the company's manufacturing operations, ensuring that products are produced efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Direct the company's sales and marketing efforts, ensuring that products are effectively marketed and sold to target customers.
- Oversee fundraising activities, manage relationships with investors, and make strategic investment decisions to support the company's growth.
- Understand the specific nuances of funding projects : This includes understanding different funding models, regulatory requirements for EV infrastructure projects, and the competitive landscape of funding sources.
- Identify new revenue streams and optimize product mix for profitability.
- Monitor and optimize pricing models and commercial negotiations.
- Create business development frameworks to explore new geographies or customer segments.
Industry Knowledge :
Possess a strong understanding of the EV market, including technology, regulations, and competitive landscape.
Financial Management :
Develop and manage the company's financial strategy, including funding, investments, and profitability.Direct annual budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes to achieve revenue and profitability goals.Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective measures to maximize ROI.Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management :
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, environmental regulations, health and safety standards, and industry-related legal requirements.Implement and monitor policies to mitigate risks, including data security, financial fraud, and operational disruptions.Act as the primary liaison for the group in interactions with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and local government authorities.People Leadership & Culture :
Build and lead a high-performing, diverse, and motivated executive team and workforce that upholds the company's standards.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, ensuring staff development, retention, and performance management.Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization, reflecting the diverse demographic and cultural backgrounds in India.Key Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
