Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Recruiter. The Business Development Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, identifying and hiring talent, providing training, and ensuring effective communication throughout the recruitment process. The role requires collaboration with various teams to support Homedesk mission of empowering women through employment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Hiring and Training processes
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Passion for social empowerment and commitment to SAWEE's mission
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
