Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile principles, excellent facilitation skills, and a proven track record of driving team performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Guide teams on Agile / Scrum practices and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of collaboration and ownership.
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog.
• Track and report key metrics to monitor team performance and delivery.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile mindset and practices.
• Support cross-functional coordination and dependency management.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience Required : 6–12 Years
