About the Role

We are seeking a driven Associate Senior Manager – Sales to lead our offline expansion. In this role, you will manage a team of BDMs, ABDMs, and TLs, ensure consistent funnel management, and drive revenue growth in your territory. You’ll combine people leadership and direct execution to scale NxtWave’s presence in new regions.

Responsibilities :

Revenue & Funnel Ownership

  • Manage the complete sales funnel : lead qualification → demo → conversion → retention.
  • Achieve weekly / monthly revenue and productivity targets.
  • Track conversion ratios, CAC, and counsellor performance.

Team Leadership

  • Manage & mentor BDMs, ABDMs, and TLs.
  • Coach team members in pitching, demos, and objection handling.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and drive corrective actions.
  • Execution & Market Growth

  • Drive territory-specific sales strategies and directly contribute to execution.
  • Analyze local market trends, competitors, and lead sources.
  • Oversee office visits, counselling sessions, and admissions.
  • Operational Excellence

  • Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate funnel tracking.
  • Handle escalations and deliver excellent parent / learner experience.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of sales team members.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align on goals.
  • Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of sales leadership experience in EdTech / Education / High-ticket B2C sales.
  • Proven ability to manage managers and frontline counsellors.
  • Strong track record of achieving revenue outcomes.
  • Excellent communication in English + one regional language (Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati).
  • Data-driven with skills in funnel analysis and performance insights.
  • Resilient, empathetic, and strong coaching mindset.
