Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile principles, excellent facilitation skills, and a proven track record of driving team performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Guide teams on Agile / Scrum practices and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
Remove impediments and foster a culture of collaboration and ownership.
Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog.
Track and report key metrics to monitor team performance and delivery.
Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile mindset and practices.
Support cross-functional coordination and dependency management.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

6–12 years of overall experience, with at least 4+ years as a Scrum Master.

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.

Experience Required : 6–12 Years
