As a CRM Executive at HN Safal, you will be the first point of contact for clients post-booking, ensuring smooth communication, prompt issue resolution, and excellent customer service. The role involves managing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and enhancing client satisfaction through feedback management and effective relationship building.

About the Role
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Manage client documentation including agreements, records, correspondence, and updates related to bookings, payments, and possession timelines.
Provide post-sale support, resolving issues related to handovers, possession, and project queries to ensure a seamless client experience.
Coordinate with sales, legal, and accounts teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient problem resolution.
Collect, analyse, and manage client feedback to improve service quality and foster long-term client relationships.
Prepare MIS reports capturing client interactions, escalations, and resolutions for management review and continuous improvement.
Ensure client satisfaction by proactively tracking requests, following up on pending issues, and providing updates on project progress.
About You
Minimum Qualification : BBA / MBA or Graduate in any discipline (specialization in Marketing or Customer Service preferred).
Minimum Experience : 3–5 years in CRM, customer service, or client relationship roles.
Software Knowledge : Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
Skills : Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills with attention to detail.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Gender Preference : Open to both male and female candidates.
