Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Relations Executive based in Ahmedabad, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for managing client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. They will handle day-to-day tasks such as communicating with clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive company image.

  • Proven ability to handle customer concerns and provide solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office

  • Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
