Job Description :

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned domestic and international clients.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Understand client requirements, address queries, and resolve concerns in a timely manner.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics, technical, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Monitor client accounts to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Prepare and share periodic updates, reports, and feedback with clients.

Handle escalations effectively and provide quick resolutions.

Ensure client satisfaction and retention through consistent engagement and service excellence.

Support business development teams in renewals and expansion of existing accounts.
